{"id":816,"date":"2026-05-25T15:54:21","date_gmt":"2026-05-25T19:54:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/termite.org\/placesofpower\/?p=816"},"modified":"2026-09-20T22:33:30","modified_gmt":"2026-09-21T02:33:30","slug":"hombre-y-mujer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/termite.org\/placesofpower\/hombre-y-mujer\/","title":{"rendered":"Hombre y Mujer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Raul Brown<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First off, I would like to start by thanking Norris Square for giving me the opportunity to create one of my artesanias (handicraft) here in Las Parcelas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For me, it was an honor to be able to craft this figure which I call &#8220;The Man and the Woman in a Single Body&#8221; because it has always been this way, from the times of Adam and Eve. Jehovah made man, then made woman. For me it is an honor to have been able to craft it, it came out this way, and anyone can recognize that it is a man and a woman made out of wood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have made many in the past but never one such as this one, it&#8217;s not perfect, but you can see where we have come from.&nbsp;We have come from a man and a woman. And there will be many others to come, for I have many other figures to make, but at a later time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, this one in particular, I am very fond of because many people look at it&nbsp;and say &#8220;how nice,&nbsp;it&#8217;s a man and a woman in a single body, I wonder what it signifies.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Well, that is where the woman came from, from a man&#8217;s body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And this is why I love this figure, and others love it too. They come from many places to see the figure, &#8220;The Man and the Woman.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What else can I say?
