Meg Knowles is an internationally exhibited documentary and experimental video maker. She has a B.A. from Vassar College in Art History (1982), a Master's Degree from the University at Buffalo in Media Study and Art History (1994), and an MFA from Temple University in Film Video Arts. Venues that have screened Meg's work include the Museum of Modern Art (NY), Artist's Television Access (San Francisco) , Rivenvali Ri (Helsinki), the Albright Knox Art Gallery (Buffalo), the Neighborhood Film & Video Project (Philadelphia), Deep Dish TV and PBS. She has been awarded grants by the National Endowment for the Humanities, Niagara Council for the Arts and Visual Studies Workshop, among others. Meg is active in the Buffalo community of media makers, and serves on the Board of Squeaky Wheel, Buffalo's Media Artists Access Center. In addition to working with Termite TV, she is a member of the international collective, Evolutionary Girl's Club.
