Thursday, August 12, 1999 - Slept till 11:30 cuz we drove all night to get to Meg Knowles' house in Buffalo, arrived 7 am. Dinner at Cozumel with Meg. Screen Triangle and Promises at Squeaky Wheel Media Resources.
Friday, August 13, 1999 - Sleep in, set up editing system in Meg's dining room. Dinner on megÕs porch. The Sixth Sense at packed regal movie theater.
Saturday, August 14, 1999 - Meeting with buffalo folks at Cybeles coffee shop. Amvets thrift store.
Sunday, August 15, 1999 - Meg, D, and C met Kelly, Stephanie, and Pam to transfer super 8 footage. Great rectal thermometer and movement study how-to footage. life story interviews w. C, Kelly, d, Pam. Meg gives tour of U of Buffalo.
Monday, August 16, 1999 - Shoot with Kelly and Stephanie at Rath Building for Public Assistance. Interview Vincent. Visit beautiful City Hall building. Meg's neighbor sends her kids to tell us to move "that disgusting bus" from front of her house. Another neighbor aplogizes.
Tuesday, August 17, 1999 - Jim S., Sixth Dimensions, interview. Go to Niagara Falls with Meg; Jim draws us a map. Dinner at Meg's friends' beach house on north side of lake Erie. Swimming at night.
Wednesday, August 18, 1999 - Pam and Joshua come over to edit Pam's rectal temp segment. Dinner at Italian restaurant with large group. Tape Craig about collecting and E-Bay.
Saturday, August 21, 1999 - We decide to stay in Buffalo another day and a half to try and edit Money while Meg is gone to Georgian Island
Sunday, August 22, 1999 - Interview with Karel. Go for a walk at night and hear familiar voice in a bar, turns out to be Stephanie doing a poetry reading. Up late with Kelly and Stephanie Ð watch their tapes and play with the night vision feature on their camera.
Monday, August 23, 1999 - Meg tells her life story. Visit Love Canal, NY with Kelly and Stephanie; interview postal worker and resident. We return to pack, the neighbor's call the cops. Cop approaches the bus and aks us when we're going to leave because neighbors are getting "antsy". Leave Buffalo; drive most of the night. Sleep at rest stop in Indiana.
